Once, we helped a church in Huntsville, Alabama roll into a roller skate center.
Actually, we’ve helped three different churches launch in roller rinks!
But this church was really unsure how they might pull it off. We helped make their vision a reality!
Worship was set up in the center of the rink and the children’s areas were dispersed amongst the party rooms throughout the facility. The venue accommodated about 100 adults and 50 children.
The church ended up long-term leasing the building and then renting it out for parties, roller derbies, after school hangouts, community events, etc.
The best part about the venue…people would come for open skate and end up staying for church!
