Equipment Solutions

Equipment is an important piece of every church solution. But portable churches have unique needs that require guidance of an expert. Otherwise they actually waste money by purchasing items that are the wrong choice for their church. Our experienced consultants know how to consider every facet of your church, from setup time to safety to weight to trainability and much more.

Transportation Solutions

Rented spaces expect churches to show up, exist, and exit without a trace. Doing this successfully isn’t easy. Most churches fail here because they don’t have the experience and expertise to develop a strong, comprehensive solution for storage and transportation. The DIY approach sounds great, but it simply doesn’t work. It’s not just about buying gear at the local music store; it’s about everything from storage to setup. Your Portable Church® Solution is designed with storage and transportation in mind. Whether it’s our custom cases housing your system or loading plans that maximize trailer space and minimize load-in/load-out time, our solutions make your weekend experience easier.

Training

Great training is critical for success. When your volunteers are trained well, it sets a stronger foundation for lasting success. And it else enables them to take more ownership in your church. Empowering volunteers is part of our DNA, so we think about your volunteer team every step of the way. And once it’s time for training, a PCI pro (or several depending on church size) comes to your church to give a comprehensive training time for your new Portable Church® system. We walk you through a complete setup and tear-down, ensuring you’re fully ready for launch.

Support

A strong launch is exciting, but what next? What does it take to thrive long term? Our team provides ongoing support for your church, so we can do everything from manage warranty claims to brainstorm strategies to help you grow. Our team also partners with you to provide ongoing training for volunteers and technical support when you have a question.

No matter what you need from Portable Church®, there’s just one number to call – ever.

Average Costs

“How much does it cost?”
This is the most common question we hear. Price is a necessary question as you strive to be a good steward of your church’s resources. Since each Portable Church® Solution considers  your specific vision, goals, site, and budget, the answer varies. That said, after serving more than 2,500 churches, we see trends based on church type:

$50K - $120K
Average amount spent by church plants
$150k – $350k
Average amount spent by multisite churches.

Remember: these are averages based on factors like church size, facility requirements, and tech needs, among others.

We have found it takes just over a year for your initial investment to pay for itself. How? Reduced equipment failure, no need to buy new gear due to making the wrong purchase, lower venue rental costs, and significantly less volunteer burnout.

“I should have just gone with you. I thought I was going to save money, but it ended up costing the same, and I don’t have an organized system.”
