Delivery & Training
Our
turn around time typically ranges from six to ten weeks, depending
on the complexity of your system and the availability of items. A
team of trainers will
arrive on the weekend of your first preview of launch service. For
churches
who are leaving a building, our team will be prepared to take you
from your
last permanent service to your first portable service as seamlessly
as
possible. All of your PCI-ordered equipment will arrive integrated
into the
cases and trailers and ready for use.
We provide safety training for your volunteers, place your signage,
run a full
set-up and tear down, including sound checks, etc. If you have existing
equipment, we will make sure that your existing equipment blends
with your
PCI equipment. The majority of our churches find that their volunteers
are well
prepared to run services after our weekend of training. Remember,
our equipment and cases are designed to be user-friendly, making
them ideal
even for first time volunteers!
During your preview and / or launch services, our staff will still
be onsite to
continue the training and oversee your staff running the equipment
for the first
time.
